European Chapter

  • Starting Point: Born in Moscow, I moved to Saarbruecken, Germany, in 2005, with only ten words of German.

  • Career Beginnings: My career kicked off in Germany at the European Retail Academy (ERA) and EHI Retail Institute in Cologne, where I interned in the summer of 2006.

  • Internship in Dubai: In the spring of 2008, I had the incredible opportunity to complete a market research internship in Dubai.

  • A Turning Point: Before coming to Dubai, I had spent three years in Germany, but something felt missing. It all changed when I arrived in this vibrant, international city. Dubai was booming and full of energy and life, and it opened my mind to new possibilities and perspectives.

  • New Experiences: Dubai offers countless opportunities to explore and try new things. I went dune bashing in jeeps, dove with sharks, tasted incredible food from around the world, and shopped at local markets for unique clothing and spices.

  • Cultural Immersion: I discovered the magic of living in a city filled with expats and people from all walks of life, all bringing their own energy and stories.

  • Move to Hong Kong: In 2010, I relocated to Hong Kong as a Risk Executive for a German financial services company. It was a bold step into one of the world’s most dynamic cities, where neon lights reflected on the harbor, the skyline buzzed with ambition, and every street seemed to lead to a new discovery.

  • Cultural Hub: Hong Kong’s vibrant energy allowed me to connect with people from over 40 countries and explore destinations like Thailand, China, Indonesia, Singapore, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Conversations over rooftop dinners sparked ideas that bridged continents and disciplines.

  • A Formative Year: That year changed me profoundly. Being immersed in a community of people who were building, experimenting, and redefining success opened my eyes to a world of possibilities. It taught me that there isn’t a single blueprint to follow - only the courage to design your own path.

  • Relocation to Mexico: In 2012, I moved to Mexico and spent a year living on the beach with my future husband while building an export business.

  • Travel: We traveled extensively, visiting Peru, Canada, and the USA.

  • Education: I earned my Ph.D. in Knowledge Management in 2018 after four years of bilingual qualitative research.

  • Professional Growth: My strategic optimization and business process improvement consulting led me to KPMG US, where, for 4 years, I led a Knowledge Management team, driving critical KM strategies.

  • Beach Life: For the final year of my Mexican chapter, I settled in Cancun, where the pace of life slowed to the rhythm of the sea. It became a period of reflection and creative renewal that set the foundation for my next journey in Vancouver, where new possibilities awaited.

North American Chapter

  • Relocation to Canada: In September 2024, I arrived in Vancouver—a city where mountains meet the ocean, and every view seems to invite reflection. It instantly felt like a place where life and work could coexist in balance. The air is crisp, the energy global, and the rhythm of the city both calm and ambitious.

  • A Chapter of Clarity: This stage of my journey feels like a synthesis of everything that came before. It’s where global experiences meet purpose. After years of consulting and leading teams around the world, I was ready to channel my experience into something deeply personal. I founded Coreso Collaborative and ClarityForAI.com - initiatives that help professional services firms grow through collaboration, clarity, and the thoughtful use of AI. These projects combine everything I value: strategy, creativity, and the pursuit of meaningful progress.
